For the purpose of performing all obligations provided for by current laws with regard to our ongoing commercial/ contractual relations or future relations with you such as executing contractual, accounting, payment, social security, tax obligations, etc.

The nature of providing the data
Providing your data is voluntary. However the data controller would like to inform you that if you fail to provide any of the compulsory information this company will not be able to action commercial/contractual relations. If incorrect information is provided, the data controller will not be able to guarantee that the processing is congruous with the contractual agreements for which it has been carried out or that the results of the processing will correspond with the obligations imposed by fiscal and administrative regulations or with the work to which it refers.

You may exercise your rights as provided for in sections 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003 by contacting the data controller (or the data processor, if one is appointed).
